Welcome to Airdocs. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Airdocs provides an AI-powered offer letter analysis service. Users can upload offer letters, which our AI system analyzes to provide insights and breakdowns. This service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or professional advice.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1. You are solely responsible for the content you upload to Airdocs. You must ensure you have the right to share any documents you upload.

3.2. You agree not to upload any confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information that you are not authorized to share.

3.3. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.4. You understand and acknowledge that the analysis provided by Airdocs is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as legal or professional advice.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. The Airdocs service, including its software, features, and design, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

4.2. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from Airdocs.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1. We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

5.2. Documents uploaded to Airdocs are encrypted and protected. We use OpenAI's vector stores to process and analyze your documents. This allows us to provide efficient and accurate analysis of your offer letters.

5.3. We automatically delete all uploaded documents from OpenAI's storage after 72 hours.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or warranty, whether express, implied or statutory.

6.2. Airdocs specifically disclaims any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

By using Airdocs, you expressly understand and agree that Airdocs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

This includes, but is not limited to, any consequences resulting from your use of our service such as job loss, missed opportunities, misunderstandings with potential employers, or any other personal or professional outcomes.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Airdocs and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California in the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12. Payments and Premium Services

12.1. Airdocs offers both free and premium services. By purchasing a premium service, you agree to pay the one-time fee associated with the selected option.

12.2. We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle all payments. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

12.3. You are responsible for providing accurate and current billing information. If we are unable to process your payment, we reserve the right to withhold the premium services until payment is successfully completed.

12.4. All purchases are final. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion.

12.5. The premium services are provided for a specified duration or number of uses, as indicated at the time of purchase. After this period or usage limit is reached, you may need to make another purchase to continue accessing premium features.
